New 4-year Collective Agreement with St-Lawrence & Atlantic Railway
It is with great pleasure that the TCRC MWED has ratified a new 4-year Collective Agreement with St-Lawrence & Atlantic Railway, a subsidiary railway of Genesee Wyoming. This agreement covers it’s Maintenance of Way are Car Department employees located in Quebec.
New 3-year Collective Agreement with VIA Rail Canada
It is with great pleasure that the TCRC MWED would like to announce that it has ratified a new 3-year Collective Agreement with VIA Rail Canada which covers it’s Maintenance of Way employees at their TMC and MMC yard locations in Toronto, ON & Montreal, QC.
CP Negotiations Update #4
Last week, your bargaining committee spent all week in Calgary with the company in negotiations. This marks the 3rd week of negotiations after having exchanged proposals in July.
